The nature and nature trail 'Nad Tanwią' is a scenic trail about 3 kilometers long, marked in red.

The trail leads through the valley of the Tanew River, where you can admire as many as 24 cascades and waterfalls, known locally as 'humps' or 'thresholds'. These unique geological formations make this place unique for nature lovers.

The trail offers not only beautiful views, but also educational value - you will learn about the local flora, fauna and geological history of the region. It also intersects with the Guerrilla Battles Trail, adding a historical dimension to the natural adventure.
