Fort V ("Włochy")

Fort V ('Italy') is a fascinating military monument, part of the former Fortress of Warsaw. Built between 1883 and 1890 by the Russian Empire, it is a brick structure with a system of bastions and caponiers.

Despite being partially demolished in 1913, the fort survives to this day and offers a unique combination of military history and recreation. It is an ideal destination for lovers of fortifications and defensive architecture of the 19th century.

The fort's surroundings also hide other attractions, such as the Black Grouse Mesh Park and Veterans Park, where you can relax and stroll among the greenery.
