avatarFar3x3 months agoVery pleasant and atmospheric place to sit with friends, dance and meet new interesting people. Service is at a high level and you don't have to worry about anything. Lots of space, several levels and everyone will find something for themselves there.
avatarDaria Brodzik4 months agoI definitely do not recommend this place. My friends and I booked a table, hoping for a nice evening with drinks. Unfortunately, right from the start we were met with very unpleasant service and unclear rules of the place. It was a cold evening, so in addition to short tops we were wearing short jackets or blazers. Right after entering we were informed that we had to leave our coats in the cloakroom. The lady serving the cloakroom claimed that such an obligation results from the regulations. Unfortunately, the entry "Clothes should be left in the cloakroom" does not specify what kind of clothing she is referring to. In my opinion (and probably most people's), this refers rather to typical winter coats, jackets or hats - not light, short blazers, which are part of the styling, especially when it is cold in the place. The lady from the cloakroom could not explain the reason for this obligation and called the manager. I politely explained that I was cold and would like to keep my jacket on until I warmed up. The manager – who was wearing a jacket almost identical to mine – replied that she “was the manager and could” wear it, while I had to take it off. I found this response completely unprofessional and disrespectful towards the guests. She again cited the rules, which, as I mentioned, do not provide a basis for such a strict enforcement of this rule. Nevertheless, not wanting to spoil my friend’s birthday, I left my jacket in the cloakroom. Unfortunately, our table was right by the entrance door, where every few minutes people were coming and going, including gentlemen who looked like security guards – wearing hoodies and sweatpants, which further contradicts the alleged “dress code”. The door was opened regularly, and cold air blew straight onto our table. We were cold and uncomfortable all evening, and I woke up the next day with a runny nose and a sore throat – a direct consequence of being in a draft and not being able to put on a jacket. In addition, although the waiter who served us was very polite, the way the drinks were served left much to be desired - he brought them four at a time, without any tray, and had difficulty keeping his balance. The waiting time for the order was very long, which I heard is the norm at this place. In conclusion, I do not recommend this place. The service (especially in management positions) was rude and without a sense of the situation, and the whole policy regarding the cloakroom seems to be implemented in an exaggerated and ill-considered way. I will definitely not be returning to this place.
