Description
The Valley of 96 Smolensk Oaks is a unique memorial park in Zielonka. The site commemorates the victims of the Smolensk catastrophe through 96 oak trees symbolizing each of the victims of the tragedy.
It is an ideal space for quiet walks and reflection among nature. The park combines the function of a memorial site with natural values, offering peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Simon De Bellemea month agoDon't get me wrong. I voted in the Polish Parliament elections for the figures commemorated on these monuments. However, they bear no relation to the heroes of 1920. This place spoils the overall impression of the cemetery. The fallen soldiers have a rather modest chapel, and apart from General Haller, none of them have been honored with a monument or bust. Not to mention the fact that there were 96 victims, as many as oak trees, and there are only about 40 monuments. Some didn't deserve it?
Dorothy Mayfair4 months agoThe monuments are very dusty and covered in cobwebs. Does anyone clean them at all, or is the neglect of these monuments intentional, to express an opinion about the people commemorated there?
Alicja Tomkiewicz4 months agoAwful impression. Black plinths too high. The connected plinths of the Kaczyński couple look grotesque. And such a beautiful place....Where are we?
