Bukowe Berdo (Szołtynia)

Bukowe Berdo (Szoltynia) is a picturesque massif in the Bieszczady Mountains with three culminations, including the main peak reaching 1311 meters above sea level. It offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Poloniny Mountains and distant hills, including Krzemień and Tarnica.

The blue trail leading to the summit is a treat for nature and hiking enthusiasts. The route leads through peaceful forests and open meadows, and in autumn it delights with a fever of colors.

The massif is part of the Bieszczady National Park, where you can admire rare plant species, such as the Bukovina toadstool and the Dacian violet.
