Skansen Architektury Drewnianej Ludności Ruskiej Podlasia

The Open-Air Museum of Wooden Architecture of the Russian People of Podlasie is a unique museum presenting nine perfectly preserved wooden buildings from the Podlasie region.

Here you can admire a historic windmill-kettle from the village of Kotły, a cottage from 1885, a sauna, a chapel and a barn. Each object has been painstakingly restored and is a fascinating example of the region's traditional architecture.

The open-air museum is located on the site of the former village of Kropiwnik, destroyed during World War II, which adds additional historical context to the site.
