Description
The ruins of the Church of Trzęsacz are a fascinating monument from the 15th century that was gradually swallowed up by the Baltic Sea.
Today, only a fragment of the southern wall remains, which is symbolic proof of the power of nature. The site is associated with the legend of the mermaid Zielenica, whose body was said to have been swallowed up by the sea, which led to the destruction of the church.
Next to the ruins is the modern Multimedia Museum on the Cliff, which presents the history of this unique place in an interactive way. It is the perfect combination of history, legends and beautiful views of the Baltic Sea.
