The Słubice / Frankfurt/Oder border bridge is an impressive 252-meter-long and 34-meter-high structure connecting Poland and Germany.

Built in 2002, it is not only an important transportation route, but also a point of great historical significance. Since medieval times it has served merchants of the Hanseatic League and pilgrims following the Way of St. James.
