Pomnik Józefa Piłsudskiego w Zamościu

The Jozef Pilsudski Monument in Zamosc is an impressive monument commemorating Poland's first Marshal.

The current bronze statue, unveiled in 2018 to mark the 100th anniversary of regaining independence, replaced the original 1933 monument. The 2.7-meter-high statue, placed on a 5-meter-high granite pedestal, was created by artist Marek Madzieniec.

The monument is an important symbol of Poland's freedom and dignity, and its location in historic Zamosc, a UNESCO-listed city, adds to its special character. It is an excellent spot for lovers of history and patriotic symbols.
