Opolski Teatr Lalki i Aktora

Opol Puppet and Actor Theater is one of the oldest and most renowned puppet theaters in Poland, founded by Alojzy Smolka in 1937.

After a renovation in 2014, the theater became a true architectural masterpiece. It has three stages: Large Stage, Small Stage and Stage on the Floor, offering a diverse repertoire for both children and adults.

Every two years, the theater organizes the Polish Puppet Theater Festival, attracting interesting artists and providing an insight into the Polish puppet scene. It is a unique venue that combines history, artistic innovation and educational programs.
