Project 4 Park

Project 4 Park is a historic site in Quezon City with a rich past. The area was part of the government's Housing Program in the 1940s and 1950s, when Manila residents were resettled in Quezon City.

At the corner of J.P. Rizal and Tom Castro streets is a monument dedicated to City Councilman Tomas P. Castro, who was assassinated in the area. The monument was erected in 2006 by his former colleagues from Ateneo de Manila University.

Aside from its historical significance, the neighborhood offers a glimpse into the daily lives of residents and local Filipino culture.
