Paul Wulf Sculptures

Paul Wulf Sculptures is a unique piece of public art by Silke Wagner, located in Münster. This 3.4-meter-high sculpture combines a figurative statue and an announcement pole, commemorating a local anti-Nazi hero who was forcibly sterilized by the Nazi regime.

The sculpture is covered with posters and documents from the UWZ's archives, which change regularly, presenting Wulf's life, the anti-nuclear movement and political censorship in Germany. This dynamic combination of art and history invites reflection on the politics of memory and the perspectives from which history is written.
