Description

Parco naturale regionale Porto Selvaggio is a true paradise for lovers of wildlife and history. This remarkable park encompasses more than 1,100 hectares of dense pine forests, olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation.

Along the 7-kilometer coastline, you'll discover crystal clear waters, rocky cliffs and numerous coves. Historic defense towers from the 15th-16th centuries - Torre dell'Alto, Torre Uluzzo and Torre Inserraglio - offer breathtaking views.

The park is also famous for its caves, including the prehistoric Grotta del Cavallo with remains from the Paleolithic period. It's a great place for snorkeling, hiking and wildlife watching.
