Mount Nemrut National Park

Mount Nemrut National Park is one of the most fascinating places in Turkey. At the top of Mount Nemrut, at an altitude of over 2,000 meters, are monumental statues depicting ancient gods and King Antiochus I, who ordered their construction in the first century BC.

The colossal heads of the stone statues, reaching up to 9 meters in height, create a remarkable scenery, especially during sunrise and sunset, when the light gives them a mystical touch.

The national park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is an excellent destination for lovers of history, archaeology and beautiful landscapes.
