Painshill

Painshill is a historic landscape garden dating back to the 18th century, a true jewel of English garden architecture.

Walking along the picturesque paths, you will discover unique structures called follies - the Crystal Grotto, the Gothic Temple or the Turkish Tent. A serpentine lake of 14 acres with bridges creates a fairy-tale setting.

Painshill is also home to historic plantings, including the 'Great Cedar' - one of the largest Lebanese Cedars in Europe. There is a natural playground for children, and nature lovers will appreciate the meadows full of wildflowers.
