Description
Forest Way Country Park is a 16-mile linear park located in the heart of the beautiful East Sussex countryside. Following the footsteps of a disused railroad line dating back to 1866, it offers a flat, paved route ideal for cyclists, walkers and horse riders.
It is a unique 'green corridor' providing habitat for a variety of wildlife - from dragonflies and newts to badgers and deer.
To the west of Hartfield is a restored pond that has naturally regenerated, creating a vibrant ecosystem full of birdsong and wildlife activity.
