Jomfruland National Park

Jomfruland National Park is a remarkable protected area off the coast of Norway, where 98% of the park is underwater! It offers a wealth of marine ecosystems with seaweed forests and seagrass meadows.

On land, unique sand dunes (the largest in Norway), coastal forests and lush thickets await. The park is a paradise for bird lovers - more than 320 species have been observed here!

You can hike, bike, kayak or admire the historic lighthouses here. Art exhibitions are held in the summer, and you can enjoy seafood and Italian pizza at local restaurants.
