Enzianbrennerei Grassl / Distillery is an iconic distillery with traditions dating back to 1692. It is the place where the famous bitters schnaps are made, produced according to centuries-old recipes.

The distillery offers fascinating guided tours that feature a 15-20 minute film on root harvesting, distillation and transport of spirits. In summer, visit the distillery's museum showcasing historic distilling equipment.
