Esh Pitabar is an authentic pita shop and bar in the heart of Amsterdam, run by brothers with Israeli roots. Freshness is their motto—pitas and hummus are prepared several times a day to ensure they’re always warm and fragrant.
The menu combines classic street food with signature drinks, such as gazoz (lightly spiced carbonated drinks) or the Arak Attack cocktail. In addition to crispy falafel and kebabs, they serve paper-thin pizzas here.
