Description
Neckarwiese is a charming park located along the Neckar River in Heidelberg. This 5-hectare green space offers stunning views of Heidelberg Castle and the Old Town.
It is an ideal place for a picnic, relaxation or active recreation. The park is equipped with playgrounds with water attractions, volleyball courts and barbecue areas.
From April to September you can rent motor boats and enjoy the city skyline from the perspective of the river. Neckarwiese is also a popular venue for sporting events such as the Rowing Regatta and the Heidelberg Triathlon.
