White Horse Wood Country Park

White Horse Wood Country Park is a charming park located in an area of outstanding scenic beauty on the Kent Downs.

It's a place where history meets nature - medieval ruins of Thurnham Castle and traces of Iron Age settlement can be discovered here. The park delights with more than 20,000 newly planted trees, including oaks, ash trees and wild cherry trees.

A unique feature is the artistic sculptures commemorating the ash trees destroyed by storm Eunice. The park offers breathtaking views and specially designed trails are available to all visitors.
