Solent Way

The Solent Way is a scenic 60-mile walking route along the coast, running from Milford-on-Sea to Emsworth Harbour. Divided into 8 sections, it offers unforgettable views of Solent Bay and the Isle of Wight.

The route passes through a variety of landscapes - from tranquil marinas to desolate wetlands and nature reserves. At the Lymington-Keyhaven Reserve, visitors can enjoy rare species of birds, plants and animals, including lagoon shrimp and anemones.

The trail is well marked with a tern symbol on a green arrow, making it easy to navigate. For those thirsty for a rest, there are numerous pubs and cafes along the route.
