Megalonisos Petalion is the largest island of the Petalioi complex, located in southeastern Greece. With an area of 17.2 km², this uninhabited gem impresses with its crystal clear turquoise waters and beautiful beaches, ideal for diving and snorkeling.

The island has a rich history - it once belonged to Greek royalty and later to Greek shipowners. Its name comes from the ancient term Petalios.
