Hammeren

Hammeren is a unique rock formation on the northern tip of Bornholm, offering an unforgettable experience for nature and history lovers.

This picturesque area encompasses more than 180 hectares of rocks, trees and cultivated land, where you can enjoy the island's largest lake, Hammersø, and the mysterious Opalsøen, a deep lake in a former quarry.

Two historic lighthouses offer breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. History buffs will appreciate the ruins of the more than 700-year-old Solomon's Chapel and numerous Bronze Age rock carvings.
