The Botanischer Garten in St. Gallen is a true paradise for botanical lovers and those looking for a moment of respite among the greenery.

The garden impresses with its collection of some 8,000 labeled plants from around the world, divided into 20 different sections. Here you'll find impressive greenhouses with tropical plants, succulents and orchids, as well as a special section dedicated to carnivorous plants.

The historic 1914 orangery with its distinctive red roof is an added attraction. The garden offers not only education, but also an excellent place to relax and contemplate nature.
