Description
National Trust - Emmetts Garden is an Edwardian garden located on one of the highest points in Kent, offering breathtaking views of the Wealden and North Downs countryside.
It's a place to marvel at botanical diversity - daffodils, bluebells, camellias, magnolias and rhododendrons bloom here in spring. The arboretum is home to an impressive 30-meter Giant Sequoia, which survived the Great Storm of 1987.
The rock garden is a true gem, featuring plants from around the world as well as native British species planted among rocks and boulders. A path leads down through rockeries where you can discover one of the many ponds.
