Description
Wicklow Mountains National Park is Ireland's largest national park, encompassing more than 205 square kilometers of wilderness.
It's home to an awe-inspiring variety of landscapes, from moorland and peatland to deciduous and coniferous forests. Explore historic Glendalough with its 6th century monastic settlement, admire the Upper and Lower Lakes or the spectacular Glenmacnass Falls.
The park offers trails of varying degrees of difficulty, ideal for both a leisurely stroll and a challenging hike along the Spinc Trail. Nature lovers will appreciate the abundance of wildlife, including rare otters and nine endangered bird species.
