Description
The Wadden Sea National Park in Denmark is a unique UNESCO-listed area. The largest tidal shallow system in the world, where nature creates an ever-changing landscape influenced by the tides.
It's a nature lover's paradise - home to more than 500 species of plants and animals, including millions of migratory birds and seals.
Go on a seal-watching safari, walk along the seabed at low tide, or marvel at the starry sky in one of the few places in Denmark where total darkness prevails. Also discover the Viking history and rich maritime culture of the region.
