Roztoczański Park Narodowy

The Roztocze National Park is a true paradise for lovers of nature and active recreation. In an area of almost 85 km² you can admire unique forest ecosystems with more than 700 species of plants and 190 species of birds.

The park is famous for its picturesque Echo Ponds with a sandy beach and the Beech Mountain Reserve with age-old trees reaching 50 meters in height. A special attraction is the breeding of Polish horses - descendants of wild tarpans.

Numerous nature trails provide opportunities for hiking, biking or cross-country skiing, and the Educational and Museum Center in Zwierzyniec offers fascinating nature exhibitions.
