Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park

Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park is one of Finland's most beautiful national parks, encompassing more than 1,020 square kilometers of Lapland's pristine nature.

The park is famous for having the cleanest air in the world and picturesque hills that are remnants of ancient mountains some 3 billion years old.

Here you can explore an extensive network of hiking trails, including the legendary 55-kilometer Hetta-Pallas trail, and in winter enjoy more than 500 kilometers of ski trails. It's a nature lover's paradise, where you'll encounter reindeer, moose and rare Arctic plant species.
