Description
Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park is the second oldest national park in Spain, established in 1918. This UNESCO-listed natural treasure impresses with a variety of landscapes, from glacial valleys and canyons to spectacular waterfalls and majestic peaks.
The park is home to more than 1,300 species of plants and diverse fauna, including chamois, roe deer and brown bears. It offers hiking trails of varying difficulty, from short walks to multi-day treks.
The most popular destinations are the Ordesa Valley with its famous waterfalls, the Añisclo Canyon with its vertical walls, and the Monte Perdido massif (3355 meters) for climbing enthusiasts.
