Description
Los Haitises National Park is a true paradise for wildlife and adventure lovers. This unique 1,600-square-kilometer reserve impresses with its spectacular limestone formations that were formed more than two million years ago.
The park is famous for its lush mangrove forests, caves with mysterious paintings of the Taíno people, and diverse fauna - more than 100 species of birds can be seen here, including the rare Ridgway's hawk.
