Hedeland Naturtrail

Hedeland Naturtrail is a unique recreational park that was developed on the site of a former gravel pit. This sprawling 3,700-acre area offers countless opportunities for active recreation.

Here you will find trails for walking, biking and horseback riding, a ski slope, motocross tracks, a go-kart track and a golf course. For children there are playgrounds with a 35-meter tyrolean and a climbing wall.

The park delights with a variety of landscapes and wildlife. Culture lovers will appreciate the historic railroad and the 4,000-seat amphitheater, where cultural events are held, including classical operas in August.
