Description

National Gallery Prague - Trade Fair Palace is a unique monument of Czech functionalism, offering more than 13,500 m² of exhibition space.

This impressive 1928 building, designed by Josef Fuchs and Oldřich Tyl, survived a dramatic fire in 1974 to be reborn like a phoenix.

Today you can admire more than 2,000 exhibits here, including works by world-renowned artists like Picasso, Monet, van Gogh and Czech masters Kupka and Mucha. A spacious atrium, an interactive ATLAS area for children and a café on the sixth floor complete this extraordinary cultural experience.
