The Amber Museum. A branch of the Gdansk Museum is a fascinating journey through the history of the 'Baltic gold'. It is housed in the historic Great Mill, a former medieval industrial complex.

The museum features an impressive collection of amber artifacts - from ancient specimens to contemporary jewelry. Unique exhibits include the largest known amber specimen with a spider trapped inside, and a 68-kilogram piece of amber from Sumatra.

Visitors can also see unusual amber crafts, including a Fender Stratocaster guitar and a 330-year-old chess set made from the precious material.
