Muzeum Brukenthala

The Brukenthal Museum is one of the oldest museums in Europe, housed in a beautiful Baroque palace from the 18th century.

Founded by Baron Samuel von Brukenthal, it offers an extraordinary journey through the history of European art. The collection includes works by masters such as Titian and Rubens, as well as valuable manuscripts and rare books in the Brukenthal Library.

The museum consists of six different parts, including the Gallery of European Art, the Museum of History, the fascinating Museum of Pharmacology and the Museum of Natural History. It is a true cultural gem of Romania.
