Skansen Ziemi Łowickiej

The Open Air Museum of the Lowicz Land is a fascinating ethnographic museum in Maurzyce, showcasing the traditional architecture and life of the Lowicz region.

Visitors can admire historic cottages, homesteads and farm buildings from the 19th and 20th centuries, which have been relocated from surrounding villages and recreated in their original condition.

The open-air museum is divided into two parts - the old and the new village, which allows visitors to see how village life has changed over the years. An additional attraction is the handicraft workshops, where you can learn about traditional Łowicz cut-outs, embroidery and pottery.
