Description
The German Oceanographic Museum is a fascinating place for lovers of the underwater world. More than 600 living sea creatures in nearly 50 aquariums, including giant turtles and fish from Polynesia, are waiting to be discovered.
A unique aquarium tunnel allows you to observe schools of fish, sharks and rays in a huge tank with a capacity of 2.6 million liters of water.
The museum offers interactive exhibits on oceanography, fishing and marine conservation. A whale skeleton and a collection of shells are just some of the fascinating exhibits that will delight children and adults alike.
