Description

The Trogir City Museum is a fascinating journey through history, housed in the historic Garagnin-Fonfogna Palace from the Roman and Baroque eras.

The museum offers an impressive collection of artifacts from prehistoric times to the 20th century, including Greek and Roman relics, medieval documents and Venetian coins.

Particularly noteworthy is the library with 5500 volumes and a gallery dedicated to the work of Croatian painter and poet Caty Dujsin-Ribar. The collection of stone monuments perfectly illustrates Trogir's rich history, and the works of Gothic painter Blaz Jurjev Trogiranin are a real gem for art lovers.
