Muzeum Pamięci Narodowej "Więzienie przy Łąckiego"

The Museum of National Remembrance "Prison on Lacki Street " is a unique memorial site in the heart of Lviv that tells the dramatic story of political repression of the 20th century.

The former prison, which served both the Soviet and Nazi regimes, has been transformed into an educational space where you can learn about the fate of the victims of totalitarianism.

The exhibition presents the activities of the NKVD-MGB-KGB and the experiences of political prisoners, serving as a symbol of the resistance and suffering of the Ukrainian people. Admission to the museum is free.
