Museum of Art Collections

Museum of Art Collections is a unique cultural gem in the heart of Bucharest, housed in the historic 1822 Romanit Palace.

The museum displays more than 30 diverse collections, covering Romanian and European fine and decorative arts. Here you can admire works by famous Romanian artists such as Theodor Aman and Nicolae Grigorescu.

The palace's interiors are resplendent with luxurious decorations, while a peaceful patio with a flowering tree and fountain provides an oasis of calm. The museum's lapidarium displays stone sculptures from old Romanian art, including unique pieces from the Văcărești Monastery.
