Description

Museo Cerralbo is a unique combination of palace and museum in the heart of Madrid, showcasing the luxurious lifestyle of Spain's 19th century aristocracy.

This extraordinary place features more than 50,000 artifacts, including paintings, sculptures, antiques, carpets, coins, clocks and weapons - all collected by the Marquis de Cerralbo during his many travels.

As you stroll through the aristocratic ballrooms, parlors and bedrooms, you'll feel like a member of the noble Pacheco family. The neo-baroque and rococo architecture of the building, which dates from 1883-1893, impresses with its rich decorations, baroque furniture and precious chandeliers.
