Mirador del Río

Mirador del Río is a spectacular viewpoint designed by famous architect César Manrique, located on the Risco de Famara cliff at 475 meters above sea level in northern Lanzarote.

This architectural masterpiece, perfectly blended into the volcanic landscape, offers breathtaking views of the coast and the Chinijo archipelago, including the island of La Graciosa. On sunny days, visibility extends all the way to the island of Alegranza.

Inside, there is a cozy cafe with large glass windows, a gift store and a gallery displaying Manrique's works. The whole is complemented by the artist's signature sculptures, including a symbolic composition of a bird and fish at the entrance.
