Mirador del Balcón is a spectacular viewpoint located at the western end of Gran Canaria, in the Tamadaba Natural Park.
The modern pier surrounded by glass (renovated in 2021) offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and rocky coastline, especially the famous 'Tail Dragon' - a series of zigzagging cliffs.
It's also a great place for stargazing thanks to Gran Canaria's exceptionally clear skies. Photography enthusiasts will find some of the most 'instagram' shots on the island.
