Statue of Our Lady Of Loreto

The Statue of Our Lady of Loretto is one of the largest Marian monuments in the world, towering over picturesque Primošten.

This impressive 17-meter-high statue, made of a mosaic of gold, silver and stained glass, consists of seven symbolic parts representing different aspects of Mary.

On sunny days, the statue is visible even from the other side of the Adriatic Sea. The site offers a breathtaking panorama of the peninsula, and a small cafe allows you to relax for a while. Every May, locals hold a traditional festival here with a procession around the boat and the coast.
