Mezcal Amores campo de agaves

Mezcal Amores campo de agaves is a unique place in the heart of Oaxaca, where the tradition of mezcal production meets a modern approach to sustainable agriculture.

The semi-desert land at an altitude of 1,740 meters is mainly cultivated with Sierra Negra and Cupreata agave varieties, harvested at peak maturity.

The production process is 100% natural and organic - agaves are roasted for six days in a stone oven, then fermented in wooden vats and distilled twice in copper alembics. The result is an exceptional mezcal with an alcohol strength of 43%.
