Description
Mehlsack is a fascinating white tower from the 15th century, whose name means 'sack of flour' - which perfectly reflects its distinctive round shape.
Rising 51 meters, the monument forms the southern border of Ravensburg's old town and offers breathtaking views of the city and Lake Constance.
A steep staircase leads from the tower to the nearby baroque Veitsburg Castle with its restaurant. Due to limited capacity (only 6 people at a time), each visit becomes an intimate, almost private experience of history.
