Mardasson Memorial is a monumental tribute to American soldiers who fought during the Battle of the Ardennes in World War II.
This impressive 12-meter-high, star-shaped structure offers a panoramic view of the historic battlefields. The monument features the names of American military units and inscriptions from various US states.
In the crypt beneath the monument are three altars symbolizing Catholicism, Protestantism and Judaism, decorated with mosaics by French artist Fernand Léger. It is a place of reflection and remembrance that allows you to feel the atmosphere of one of the most important battles of World War II.
