Description
Lyle Hill Viewpoint is a scenic viewpoint offering breathtaking panoramas of the River Clyde, Gourock and Cowal hills.
On clear days you can even see Glasgow to the east and the island of Arran to the southwest. The site is adorned with a lighthouse built to commemorate Queen Elizabeth's Silver Jubilee in 1977, lit during special occasions.
It's the perfect place for a walk, picnic or photo shoot, especially at sunset, when the sky sparkles with orange and pink hues. The historic monument and tranquil atmosphere make it the perfect escape from everyday life.
