Littlehampton War Memorial

Littlehampton War Memorial is a unique historical monument commemorating the residents who lost their lives during the First and Second World Wars.

This Latin cross with a square nimbus on a toothed base was unveiled on September 28, 1921 by General Lord Horne.

The monument has bronze plaques with the names of the fallen and a dedication sword on the front of the cross. As a Grade II listed building, it is an important heritage site and an excellent place to reflect on the history of the local community.
